- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management
- Food safety certification preferred

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Digital Marketing Specialist
Drive Cafe Rio's online presence by managing social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising. You'll help bring the cafe rio brand story to life across all digital touchpoints and grow our customer base throughout the United States.
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools
- Experience with paid advertising (Google, Meta)
- Strong writing and content creation skills
